This ministry is made up of devout bible believing men and women who have the task of making sure that our events and activities are carried out in an orderly manner. These are members who have accepted the responsibility that through the enablement of the spirit of God, the well being of everyone who has come to fellowship with us is taken care of.

Right from the moment you come into our assembly, they are there to welcome you in, usher you to your seat and always available for any assistance that will help to make your worship period devoid of any discomfort or distraction.
The bible tells us the holy Spirit operates where there is orderliness, since our God is a God of order, hence the need to ensure that orderliness is maintained at every moment of worship and coming together of the congregation for activities such as seminars and conferences.

Apart from this they are charged with maintaining the ministry's protocol as defined, personal data collection, taking care of the ministry's service equipments and materials.
