The publications ministry in responsible for the church's magazine and journals. The magazine carries articles and news about the activities and the programmes of the ministry.The publication ministry is also responsible for keeping the congregation informed about current news and activities that benefits the members of this ministry.

At the moment it has to it's credit a major publication which was released to mark the second year anniversary of the ministry in March 2002.The publications ministry is made up of four members of the congregation, who also contitute the editorial team.

Sis Lola heads this team , she is a qualified journalist from Nigeria and before coming over to sojourn in Ireland , she has worked as a reporter for a leading newspaper the Punch back in her native country Nigera. She has brought her experience to use in reporting the activities of the gospel in Top Chapel. Other members of the team are Sis Geraldine,Sis Kenny and Deacon Bolaji .
